Tracey Lee Olsen hit one officer to the head several times and tried three times to bite him.
Earlier, the daughter had to call for help from her two sisters, having been attacked by her mother after challenging her over the use of illicit drugs.

Olsen, 44, of Hibiscus Crescent, has pleaded guilty in Albury Local Court to assault occasioning actual bodily harm, resist police and two charges of assault police.
Defence lawyer Mitchell Irwin asked magistrate Miranda Moody for an adjournment to allow him to gather further material to assist in his client's sentencing.
The court was told that Olsen and the first daughter got into an argument, on April 9 about 8pm, over Olsen's drug issues.
Olsen became aggressive and, police said, began to close the gap between herself and the victim.
"What," she asked Olsen, "are you going to hit me?"
Olsen then punched her daughter to the nose; in response, the victim pushed her mother away, causing her to fall backwards on to the floor.
The victim fell on top of Olsen and held her down while yelling out to her two sisters to call the police.
One sister moved the victim away, then took hold of Olsen to prevent any more violence.
Meanwhile, the third sister called police, telling them Olsen was drunk and had attacked her sister.
The victim left the house and waited outside, where she was comforted by a neighbour .
Police arrived at 8.12pm and immediately saw a large amount of congealed blood on the victim's face.
Olsen will be sentenced on May 11.
