The hot air balloons were scheduled to land at Wodonga's Birallee Park after taking off from Lavington, but didn't quite make it.
One landed on the seventh fairway, with club professional Gavin Vearing forced to shut the hole down for an hour.
The second followed closely behind landing on the 10th hole.
Mr Vearing admitted it came as quite the surprise.
IN OTHER NEWS:
"I had to work out what to do," he said.
"The first 10 groups had to go from the 6th to the 8th because it took up the whole fairway.
"It just happened to land on our busiest day of the week at our busiest time.
"It wasn't ideal, but I guess you could say it was a bit of a first world problem.
"We'd prefer that they'd land safely than have anyone injured."
