Tyler Jakovac's matter was recently before court following his arrest last December.
He is facing charges of advocating a terrorist act or commission of a terrorism offence and urging violence against groups threatening order or good government.
IN OTHER NEWS:
Police allege he advocated killing "non-whites, Jews and Muslims", starting on October 19 last year.
Jakovac again chose not to apply for bail during the matter, which was the third time the case had been before court.
This matter is listed for charge certification in Parramatta on May 28, with Jakovac to appear on a video link.
