Boom recruit Ben Reid has succumbed, as expected, to the rolled ankle from last week's loss to Wangaratta Rovers, while fellow forward Michael Newton also won't play after he was rested during the second half with back tightness.
Former North Melbourne player Ben Speight will play VFL with his former club.
It leaves Callum Moore as the only ex-elite level player in the team, although he was the Pies' best in that shock loss.
However to highlight the club's depth, it has the luxury of naming former Victoria Country defender Dylan Van Berlo for his first game, along with fellow 2017 premiership player Frazer Dent.
Chris Knowles will also make his senior debut after previously playing with Rovers.
Meanwhile, Yarrawonga has been forced to make five changes for Saturday's home clash against Myrtleford.
Scott Oswald, who played his 200th game against Wodonga Raiders last week, and Jacob Adkins are unavailable, while Tyler Lovell, Harry Haley and Josh Tonna are injured.
Will Wheaton, Jackson Meade and Joel O'Dwyer will all make their debut.
The Saints have just the one forced change with Jarryd Wallace replacing Elijah Wales, who's suspended.
The four teams involved in the Anzac Day games have all named extended benches, with the sides to be finalised at 5pm today, as per the league's deadline.
Wodonga has named VFL player Josh Clayton and former Benalla player Charlie Morrison on its six-man bench for Sunday's home game against Wodonga Raiders.
Three-time Raiders' best and fairest Jydon Neagle will play his first game since the 2018 finals.
Neagle spent 2019 with Central District, but carried a two-week suspension from that stint and missed the Yarrawonga game with a calf complaint.
