Some of Australia's best anglers gathered over the weekend to duke it out in the Boats and More Native Classic held at Lake Mulwala.
There were 48 boats on the water for the weekend, with teams coming from as far as Queensland to compete.
The biggest fish of the weekend was a 116.5 centimetre Murray cod.
For the weekend, four Murray cod measuring in at over a metre were caught.
The Winning team 'Loomsy's Fish & Fix', comprised of Jamie Loomes, of Forbes and brothers Mitch and Nathan Skeers from Parkes, pictured above, walked away with a cool $25,000 with their winning bag of five Murray cod and five golden perch.
IN OTHER NEWS:
Tournament director Steve Galvin said the weekend couldn't have gone any better.
"It was fantastic we had the best anglers in Australia fishing for the richest prize money," Mr Galvin said.
"All the competitors had an absolute ball, we had cracking weather and great location.
"Everyone loved it and it looks like they're all going to sign up and come again next year."
It wasn't just the size of the fish caught over the weekend that was noteworthy, but also the multitude of fish biting.
"A lot of big fish and a lot of quality fish were caught," Mr Galvin said.
"On the first two days over 100 Murray cod were caught each day."
Mr Galvin said it was a huge relief to competitors and organisers alike having the event go ahead after last year's cancellation.
