Both players were charged by the match review panel.
Sharp has been charged for engaging in rough conduct with Wodonga Raiders' Tom Bracher during the first-quarter of the match at McNamara Reserve.
He requested that the case be heard by the independent tribunal.
Clarke was also charged from an incident during the first term.
The former Murray Bushranger has been charged for intentionally striking Ryley Sharp.
Not set penalty was offered with the incident referred straight to the tribunal.
