The 36-year-old man, who can't be named to protect the victim's identity, was recently arrested at Albury Gardens Tourist Park.
The Wodonga court heard the victim was "on the edge of a meltdown" earlier this month.
The man allegedly emailed intimate images of the victim to her father's Wodonga workplace, which could be read by a large number of staff, on April 26.
He allegedly made fake prostitution advertisements using her name and photographs and listed her work phone number.
IN OTHER NEWS:
He allegedly made 189 calls to her phone between April 24 and May 8, and her mother said she was left crying on the ground in the fetal position.
"You are my f---ing girl," he said in one of 82 voicemails left on her phone.
"I would kill for you."
Hundreds of emails were also sent, the court heard, with her new partner also targeted.
The woman's car was set alight on Cherry Tree Lane in the early hours of May 3.
The 36-year-old was allegedly captured by CCTV cameras with clothes seen on the footage later seized at his caravan during his arrest last Wednesday.
Other incidents allegedly involved him sending an image of his exposed penis, making a wide range of threats and telling the victim he loved her.
Senior Constable Michael Uhrhane said the accused man had a "concerning fixation and jealousy towards the victim and any relationships she tries to form".
"Since his arrest he's been behaving horrendously," the officer said.
He threatened police and the Wodonga court proceedings were delayed by the man throwing a food tray in the police cells.
Officers were at one point unable to get him to leave his cell to enter court.
Police weren't prepared to give him a pen to take notes amid concerns it could be used as a weapon.
Magistrate Lance Martin refused his bail application.
"I'll make you look like a joke and I'll make these ----s look like a joke," the man told the magistrate and police when refused release.
Mr Martin asked when he would get a lawyer.
"How the f--- am I meant to know that, I'm locked up?" he screamed back.
The matter will return to court on Thursday.
