HotHouse Theatre in Wodonga is due to run its highly-anticipated third show of the 2021 season, Breaking The Castle, on June 15 to 19.
A HotHouse Theatre spokesman said they were awaiting the impact of the statewide lockdown before considering any changes to the program.
Within days of the scheduled March 24 opening night in Wodonga and well into rehearsals for Sydney-based writer and actor Peter Cook, the show was cancelled when restrictions on live performances were tightened amid the global pandemic.
Three other theatre shows were also cancelled at that same time: Mission Songs Project (May 20-23), Dr AudiYo's Giant Adventure (July 7-11) and Lamb (September 15-19).
Mission Songs Project returned to The Butter Factory Theatre from May 12 to 15 this year while Those Who Fall in Love Like Anchors Dropped Upon the Ocean Floor triumphantly opened the HotHouse Theatre season earlier in the year, running from March 17 to 27.
