Organisers said there wasn't enough clarity on cross border travel and quarantine requirements to ensure Victorian patrons and artists could travel to Tocumwal on June 18 and 19.
The line-up, program and venues remain the same, with all donation-based tickets valid for the new dates.
Patrons who cannot attend are eligible for refunds over the next seven days.
