Since last Thursday 3657 coronavirus vaccinations have been given at the Wodonga High Street hub while 747 tests were done at the Vermont Street clinic, according to data provided by Albury Wodonga Health.
The data arrived after NSW chief health officer Kerry Chant announced on Thursday night that regional Victorian residents were able to travel to the border bubble as long as they hadn't been to areas of concern.
Albury's Mercure Hotel general manager Meggan Gardner said the easing restrictions had led to a slight increase in bookings yesterday with people travelling both directions from NSW and Victoria.
Ms Gardner said the increase was not enough to outweigh the number of cancellations they'd had from people in greater Melbourne.
"We're stronger than we were yesterday, so that's the best thing," she said.
Ms Gardner said the easing restrictions had made staff more optimistic work would pick up.
"It's lifted staff spirits," she said.
"We'll get more people in the hotel, which means more people in the restaurant, which means more house keepers get to work, more food and beverage get to work.
"So all in all, (I'm) really ecstatic to see the movement positively in our occupancy, and especially into next week, that's looking very strong, whereas comparatively it wasn't."

Despite the easing restrictions, Albury Wodonga Health said people with even the mildest of symptoms, such as a fever or dry cough, still needed to get tested.
The Vermont testing clinic will be open today and on Monday, June 14, the Queen's Birthday public holiday, from 8am to 4pm.
The High Street Hub will be closed for vaccinations until Tuesday.
Ambulance staff are still able to have walk-in priority vaccinations by showing staff proof of employment upon arrival.
The general public wanting a vaccination should continue to call the Victorian COVID-19 Hotline on 1800 675 398 to book an appointment.
