The winless Hoppers trailed by only 21 points at half-time, but the visitors blasted 10 goals to nil to seal the 17.16 (118) to 4.10 (34) win.
"It was a solid performance, they were pretty solid in the first half, we've been trying to get a fair bit of work in the last week or so and we were able to grind it out," Raiders' Scott Meyer said.
Prior to COVID restrictions easing, Victorian clubs weren't allowed to train.
Meyer returned to the club after nine years and has been terrific, kicking four goals.
Connor Newnham and Jydon Neagle chipped in with three apiece, with rapidly improving Hayden Clarke snaring best on ground, while Isaac Muller and Tom Bracher also featured.
Carter Norman was the Hoppers only multiple goalkicker with two.
