In regional Victoria, public gatherings of 50 people will be allowed, but residents will only be allowed five adult visitors per day to their home, plus dependants.
Restaurants and cafes can now serve 300 seated patrons in line with density limits. Small venues can host 25 people before any density quotient is used.
Funerals are limited to 100 people, weddings to 50.
Offices can return to 75 per cent capacity, or 30 people, whichever is greater.

In Melbourne, the 25 kilometre travel limit will lift, meaning Melburians can now travel into regional Victoria.
Up to 20 people can gather outdoors in public and 50 per cent of staff, or 20 people, can return to offices.
Masks will no longer need to be worn outdoors in Melbourne as long as a distance of 1.5 metres can be maintained.
They still must be worn indoors.
The announcement came as Victoria recorded three new cases of COVID-19 overnight.
