Melbourne-based players are free to travel to regional Victoria for matches and up to 1000 patrons can be at a Victorian venue at any one time.
The round nine fixture is as follows:
- Wangaratta v Wodonga Raiders at Norm Minns Oval
- Wodonga v Corowa-Rutherglen at John Flower Oval
- North Albury v Myrtleford at Bunton Park
- Albury v Wangaratta Rovers at Albury Sportsground
- Lavington v Yarrawonga at Lavington Sports Ground
Ovens and Murray league general manager Craig Millar is thrilled the competition can resume without having to transfer matches to NSW like last weekend.
"We've revised our whole fixture, so effectively we'll roll into what was previously round 11 and it will be played as round nine," Millar said.
"There's no 25-kilometre radius around Melbourne, which will mean the Melbourne players will be able to return to play in the competition."

Wangaratta Rovers are among the big winners, with the Hawks set to welcome back star defender Tyson Hartwig, Ryan and Dylan Stone and Sam Murray for the clash against competition leaders Albury at Albury Sportsground.
"We explored it last weekend and we had a couple of guys who were in Melbourne and had reasons for essential work and could have come into NSW, but at the end of the day, it was the Victorian restrictions that said they could only leave metro for essential work reasons and that wasn't essential work," Rovers' football operations manager Barry Sullivan said.
"If they've removed that restriction, I couldn't see why they wouldn't be able to play (this weekend)."
Myrtleford can welcome back in-form players Matt Dussin and Matt Munro to take on North Albury, while Wangaratta's gun recruit Callum Moore, along with Mat Grossman, Josh Porter and Daniel Sharrock will be free to face Wodonga.
The Tallangatta and District and Ovens and King leagues both announced on Tuesday they would return this weekend, while the Upper Murray league followed suit on Wednesday night with round nine fixtures to be played as scheduled.
