A hearing will be held in the Melbourne County Court on October 7 following a guilty verdict in a fatal workplace incident trial.
Staff at Heavy Mechanics had serviced a truck and trailer before a triple fatal crash on the Wodonga-Yackandandah Road on August 7, 2014.

Lisa Turner and her son Jack Wallace were killed when the decoupled trailer hit their vehicle.
Peta Cox, who was in a separate car, was also killed.
The trial, which was in the first day of the fourth week, heard of the multiple shortcomings in the servicing of the coupling linking the truck and trailer.
Judge George Georgiou thanked jurors for their service during the trial, noting they had played an important role, and said they were a "very conscientious jury".
IN OTHER NEWS:
It was the second trial held over the matter, with the first jury discharged late in the first trial over a technical legal issue.
The court heard the Wodonga business was of otherwise good character and was respected in the industry.
