That came with the mention of their matters this week before magistrate Richard Funston in Albury Local Court.

Defence lawyer Mark Cronin, who represents the five ex-students before the Local Court and one before Albury Children's Court, said he would be taking his clients through the Director of Public Prosecutions' agreed facts in coming days.
McDonald, 37, of East Albury, is also expected to plead guilty, to intimidation, at the same hearing after three other charges were withdrawn, including take in company with the intention of gaining an advantage occasioning actual bodily harm and assault occasioning actual bodily harm in the company of others.
Six of the ex-students are on single common assault charges and one on three assault charges, after more serious assault occasioning actual bodily harm-related matters were withdrawn.
The seventh ex-student, not represented by Mr Cronin, will be sentenced on a separate date before Albury Children's Court.
The former students cannot be identified.
