Residents on both sides of the border aged 40 to 59 will be able to receive the COVID-19 Pfizer vaccine in Wagga Wagga, Griffith, Young and Deniliquin from Monday July 5.
Murrumbidgee Primary Health Network's COVID-19 pandemic lead Dr Alison Koschel has encouraged those eligible to consider booking in for their vaccine as soon as possible.
"Now that the Pfizer vaccine will be more widely available for our eligible community members, I encourage anybody who has been holding off to book in for their vaccine," she said.
"You can book an appointment either online or by phoning your chosen participating practice or vaccination hub.
"Eligible persons who would like to be vaccinated at one of the Murrumbidgee vaccination clinics must make an appointment as no clinic will be accepting walk-ins."

She said people from both sides of the border would be able to be vaccinated at the clinics.
"Victorian residents may be vaccinated in NSW but should abide by current state rules regarding border bubbles and travel between the two states," she said.
"Vaccination hubs and GPs have no Commonwealth limitations on who they can provide services to, based on geographic location."
As the Wodonga vaccination hub is only giving Pfizer to people who have already had their first shot, eligible Albury-Wodonga residents would have to travel about an hour and a half to get their first dose of the vaccine.
When asked if there would be any vaccination Pfizer vaccination hubs further south so Border residents wouldn't have to travel so far, Dr Koschel said there was no capacity to increase the number of Commonwealth vaccination hubs in the Murrumbidgee.
"Commonwealth vaccination hub Pfizer access has been determined by the Department of Health based on their own modelling," she said.
The Murrumbidgee Primary Health Network said the Pfizer vaccine will also be available in selected participating Murrumbidgee based general practices later in July.
"Some general practices will be able to deliver Pfizer vaccines that may be closer to Albury," Dr Koschel said.
"And there will be 31 general practices joining the rollout during July and more to come as the year progresses."
The Pfizer vaccine will be offered to eligible residents alongside the AstraZeneca vaccine for those 60 and above.
