Two first half goals from Goulburn Valley's Courtney Thompson put the Knights in a winning position in the bronze medal match, before Hockey Albury-Wodonga product Evie Nelson goaled late to seal the 3-1 result against North West Tigers.
The under-18 girls were among the favourites and only dropped one match in the first two days to finalist Central Flames.
Border rising stars Rylee Pontt, Evie Nelson, Rosie Blain and debutant Brooke Hardie were among the standouts across the tournament.

"After making it through to the top four, the girls were challenged in two tough games on Saturday night, but a loss to eventual gold medalist Eastern Hotshots sealed their fate to play for bronze," North East Knights coordinator Deb Lawrence said.
The under-13 and 15 girls finished sixth in their respective competitions.
But it was a very tough weekend for the North East Knights' boys in Shepparton.
The under-13s produced some competitive hockey to finish sixth, with a host of newcomers to the event.
"Ajay Heagney led the team in the attacking half, Henry Dunstan played a vital role across the pitch, combined with strong performances from Tate Bevan and Max Hobbs in defence," Lawrence said.
The under-15s were eighth, while the under-18s struggled with the pace and physicality to place ninth.
