The Commonwealth vaccine clinic finder lists Albury Central Medical Clinic, Rehoboth in Lavington, Wodonga West Medical Clinic, Hospital Street Doctors and the Jindera and Rutherglen medical clinics as sites delivering Pfizer.
Jindera Medical Clinic practice manager Tracey Mobilia said the first Pfizer doses were due to arrive ahead of Monday but came in on Wednesday.
"We've been doing AstraZeneca for four months," she said.
"Today is our second day vaccinating with Pfizer and we've got a list (of people waiting).
"I was expecting stock to come in on Thursday or Friday and we would have launched early.
"It's for people aged 40 to 59, and healthcare workers and nursing home staff."
Ms Mobilia said there were still priority-access workers coming through the doors and many GPs had chosen not to take part in the vaccination program.
"It's a lot of work for nurses and doctors, with paperwork.
"It's less than a normal consult; if they (the government) want doctors to do it, they need to cover the cost."
An initial supply of 120 doses is being delivered fortnightly.
Emmanuel Beloved of the Rehoboth Medical Centre on Urana Road in Lavington said his practice delivered their first Pfizer on Saturday.
Dr Beloved said their supply had been used within days and looked forward to delivery increasing to 300 in coming weeks.
"They (patients) are working, so we've done vaccines after-hours," he said.
"That is easier for them, and that is where the demand is.
"The first one (delivery) was a bit low - they will be sending supply every fortnight."
While AstraZeneca jabs continue, Dr Beloved hoped their advanced bookings for Pfizer would prompt the government to increase allocations.
"They want to see the demand is there," he said.
About 500 GPs around Australia began administering Pfizer from July 5.
Federal Health Minister Greg Hunt said by the end of July, that number would increase to 1300.

"As more supplies of Pfizer become available, it is expected all 5100 GPs participating in the vaccine roll-out will have the opportunity to administer the Pfizer vaccine by later this year," he said.
"These practices will now offer both the AstraZeneca and Pfizer vaccines, which will ensure Australians can access both a first and second dose.
"The finder will have rolling updates to show where people can get the Pfizer vaccine as more GPs start administering it."
