The musical by Queen and Ben Elton was scrapped six weeks out from its 2020 show owing to the global pandemic before it was rescheduled for this winter.
Its season opens at Albury Entertainment Centre on July 30.
Dalby and Crossley will be joined on stage by a stellar cast of rock stars including Border performers Niki Strauss, Simon Goss, John Parry and an experienced ensemble.
Director Tim McLaren said the cast and crew of 50 - based within the Border Bubble - was ready to rock after 30 months.
"The excitement is building in every rehearsal and these guys are ready to go," he said.
"This is a cast you don't want to miss; it's 12 leads across the board as well as a talented ensemble.
"Everyone's on the same level; the cast is very balanced, very experienced, very enthusiastic and fun."
IN OTHER NEWS:
McLaren said the show was high-energy with first-class choreography and vocal performances.
"This is the best cast of musical talent that the region has ever seen," McLaren said.
"Along with the seasoned performers, we also have some breakouts with the likes of Mali McKie and Charissa Arnold who are going to blow audiences away.
"Visually, it will be unlike anything Albury-Wodonga has ever seen before!"
McLaren said the show would be emotionally-driven.
"I'm looking forward to seeing how the audience reacts to it," he said.
"It's been two-and-a-half years in the making and three years for myself since I started work on this show."
The show features more than 24 of Queen's greatest hits including We Are the Champions, Radio Ga Ga, I Want To Break Free, Somebody To Love, Killer Queen, Under Pressure, Bohemian Rhapsody and Another One Bites the Dust.
Albury Entertainment Centre Box Office has a wait list should extra tickets or shows be deemed possible in coming weeks.
