The leading jockey landed a winning double on Nuclear Energy ($3.20) and Claptone ($2.60-fav) to bring up the impressive feat.
McDougall is enjoying the most successful season of his career and dominating the local jockey ranks.
Highlighting his dominance, no other jockey has come close to riding as many winners in the SDRA in recent memory.
McDougall has an unassailable lead in the NSW Country jockey title.
He has ridden 189 winners and trails Western Australian hoop Chris Parnham narrowly in the Australian jockeys premiership.
McDougall can consider himself unlucky not to ride a treble on Tuesday after being dislodged on the way to the barriers in the opening race.
He was forced to forfeit the winning ride on the Donna Scott-trained Black Lavender with Nick Heywood piloting the filly to victory.
It was a successful meeting for local trainers with Mitch Beer also landing a winner with Sunrise Ruby.
Sunrise Ruby ($2.70-fav) justified her short quote with a dominant victory in the Benchmark 58 Hcp, (1175m).
Ridden by Richard Bensley, Beer is hoping Sunrise Ruby can form part of his assault on The Kosciuszko.
