The rooms were largely bankrolled by a $99,000 NSW Government grant and will be opened by Member for Albury Justin Clancy at 12.30pm.
Walbundrie building committee treasurer Sue Collins said the changerooms had six showers.
"It's a great facility for the netballers and community in general," Mrs Collins said.

"The girls think they're fantastic.
"Walbundrie has campers stay at the sportsground as well so they will be of great community to the town and netball club."
Mr Clancy said the Walbundrie committee should be congratulated for their work in bringing the project to fruition.
"Like many of our smaller regional communities they are passionate and work hard to have facilities the club and community can be really proud of," Mr Clancy said.
"I'm particularly pleased to see this project completed, as this was funded in part from a $2 million election commitment to enable increased participation by women in sport through improving the quality of women's change-rooms across the Albury electorate.
"Other projects are for communities at Jindera, Urana, Holbrook, Brocklesby, Tumbarumba and Albury (Melrose and Sarvaas Parks).
"These change rooms will encourage women and girls to feel welcome and to be active in local sport.
"I know they will be well used and enjoyed by the community for many years to come."
