With two COVID-19 exposure sites identified on the Border in the past 48 hours and growing concerns among clubs, officials have opted to abandon all matches.
It is believed at least one club was considering forfeiting due to the high number of its players living in Victoria.
"Unfortunately, the impact to football and netball playing numbers across the competition as a result of the Victorian Lockdown has seriously compromised tomorrow's round 13 matches and persuaded the league to abandon the round," the Hume league said in a statement.
"The competition will hopefully resume on 24th July playing from round 14-18 as per the draw."
