Officers, including those armed with assault rifles and shotguns, surrounded a block of units on Moore Street in Lavington early Tuesday afternoon to make the arrests.
In that incident, four people ran from a stolen Holden Commodore after it crashed into another car and brick letterbox.
As part of Tuesday's operation a man, 30, was charged with disqualified driving and domestic related offences including assault occasioning actual bodily harm and stalk or intimidate.

A 44-year-old man has been charged with being carried in a stolen car.
A smashed window and overturned furniture could be seen at one of the second storey homes.
The road was blocked off between Martha Mews and Nowland Avenue as police made the arrests.
Multiple nearby residents expressed concern at the incident.
The older man will face court on Wednesday and the younger man on Friday.
