Rebecca Marie Davies, 26, allegedly tried to dispose of her drugs when officers searched the Koonwarra Street property on Thursday morning, but was stopped by a police member.
It's alleged she had 42 grams of methamphetamine and $42,392 in cash and had been selling drugs since last year.
A Lavington storage unit she was renting on Catherine Crescent was also searched with a large amount of stolen property and 223 grams of marijuana recovered.
While many of the allegations involve small ice deals, she allegedly supplied the drug in amounts up to 112 grams.
She faces 102 charges, mainly of drug related offending and directing a criminal group.
It's also alleged she tried to recruit a person to assist in or carry out an assault on a man she knows this week.
The 26-year-old is also accused of offering money this month or last month to a woman to give false evidence in court over a domestic violence matter, and dealing with stolen power and gardening tools.
Police started an operation last November with Davies the first person taken into custody.
Superintendent Paul Smith hoped the arrest would put a dent in the local drug trade, with more arrests expected on both sides of the border.
"No doubt there will be somebody who tries to fill the void and comes forward to commence a drug operation," he said.
"That's why we need the public to work with us, identify these people, hop on it and get them out of our community."
The officer who tried to stop Davies from allegedly disposing of the ice was exposed to the drug, but wasn't injured.
Superintendent Smith said the majority of the ice had been recovered despite the attempt to get rid of it.
Davies appeared in Albury Local Court on Friday and did not apply for bail.
She will return on September 14.
