A wanted Sydney woman has been caught breaching lockdown restrictions during her arrest near Wodonga.

The red zone resident was caught at a checkpoint on Wednesday and sent back to Albury, before being arrested by NSW officers.
She was taken back into custody and forced to isolate.
Albury Superintendent Paul Smith said there was no suggestion she had Covid, but said the Canterbury woman had breached the ban on leaving Sydney.

She received infringement notices in both states.
"Chances are if you are travelling out of the metropolitan area, or coming back, you will be stopped," he said.
"If it's not in line with the public health orders you face heavy fines."
Officers in the Albury region have issued about a dozen fines as they enforce rules about QR codes, mask requirements and movement between states and regions.
Superintendent Smith urged people to carry mask exemptions as part of a change to rules.
NSW Health Minister Brad Hazzard flagged changes requiring people to carry a copy of their medical exemptions on them.
Superintendent Smith said police were aware of the change.
"If you do have an exemption, all well and good, but you will have to produce that," he said.
Those over 12 in NSW must wear masks in shops, other venues, and public transport.
