Police are appealing for information after a man was slashed in Wodonga last month.

The victim was walking on Brockley Street about 8.15am on June 5.
He was approached by three youths near Hereford Street, and police believe a box cutter was used to stab the victim.
Senior Sergeant Garry Barton said a hunting knife was also produced.
"We're appealing for anyone who was in that area and might have footage, or knows anything, to give us a call and provide us with further information," he said.

"We take all assaults seriously.
"This is an assault with an edged weapon and although the man only suffered superficial wounds, he's been affected by it.
"It will have long lasting mental effects."
The three boys have been charged and have matters pending before court.
