Rising Osborne star Sam Stening maintained an outstanding strike rate against Howlong with seven goals in the 23.8 (146) to 6.6 (42) demolition in the Hume Football League on Saturday.

It was Stening's greatest output at senior level, topping his previous best of five, which was also against the Spiders in round four.
Stening mixed his time between the club's seniors and under 17s in 2019 and has added another six first grade games this season, posting 17 majors.
Ed O'Connell also booted four against the Spiders, while Charlie Douglas and George Carn snared two apiece.
Stening was best on ground, while O'Connell, Declan O'Rourke and Will Ryan also performed well.
The Tigers are the only undefeated team and host a blockbuster against second-placed Holbrook on Saturday.
