The latest development application for Diamond Drive seeks approval for the construction of detached two storey commercial buildings plus basement and ground level parking areas.
The proposed buildings will be separated by a central breezeway between the Diamond Drive frontage and the rear car park.
The northern building including medical centre and six other tenancies will be completed in stage one with the southern building containing one tenancy on each floor spanning the entire floor plate to be built when demand arises.
The medical centre will comprise three consulting, surgery rooms, reception and waiting room, laboratory, staff room, staff amenities and storage areas.
It will open 7am to 7pm, Monday to Friday with up to three practitioners and administration staff to be employed on site.

Plans have been submitted to council by planning consultants Habitat Planning on behalf of applicant, Krishna Baisani.
"Externally, the buildings present a modern design, using extensive ground-floor glazing and a mix of cladding materials creating visual interest," the application states.
"Large window boxes are to be provided around ground floor openings to provide variation in facades along the frontage.
"The roof of the building will use varied skillion forms, with the upper height being to 7.2 metres."
Land immediately south of the site in Diamond Drive has recently been approved as a child care centre and will occupy the space through to Thurgoona Drive.
Habitat Planning believes the proposal should be rubber stamped, in part, because it caters for the need of the Thurgoona area, increases the variety of commercial tenancies available to the market in an area that is well serviced and centrally located; doesn't adversely affect adjoining properties; won't create any adverse environmental or social impacts and encourages continued future investment in commercial development in Albury.
"The proposal will provide additional commercial development to support the growing Thurgoona area, in accordance with the projected growth demand for Thurgoona," they said.
The property contains no existing native vegetation
The $2.2 million childcare centre, which will be accessed off Diamond Drive, was approved earlier this year with a service station the initial commercial development in the area.
