Albury's under-13 gold, under-15 gold and Wodonga's under-15 maroons had all qualified to play at the finals day in Melbourne before Netball Victoria announced its cancellation.
Albury Netball Association representative coordinator Leonie Mooney admitted it was devastating news for the young netballers, who would have played the finals last Sunday.
"It's really disappointing," Mooney said.

"That was the goal, to get to Melbourne, so when it's cancelled and not postponed, it's quite deflating."
Despite being north of the border, the Albury Netball Association is affiliated with Netball Victoria.
However, border closures may impact their ability to engage in the competition.
The clubs will now look to next season.
"We'll start planning for 2022," Mooney said.
