Thomas Pizzini, the Melbourne Magistrates Court recently heard, would admit to four charges relating to offending at Airport West on August 21 last year.
He will apply to have charges including possessing glassware, substances and chemicals to traffic drugs, cannabis and diazepam possession, and resisting arrest heard in the lower court rather than the County Court.
The court heard four charges would proceed with other counts, including cannabis cultivation and ice possession, to be dropped.

Prosecutors are not opposed to the matter being heard in the lower court.
The 42-year-old Wangaratta City player appeared in court on a video link.
The matter will return on September 7 for a short summary jurisdiction application, followed by a plea hearing.
The 42-year-old remains on bail.
