Lockhart coach Mitch Carroll said Margosis would be a certain inclusion on the weekend.
"Jesse probably could have played last week but we decided to give him an extra week to recover," Carroll said.
"We are treating the match like an elimination final so the return of Jesse is timely.
"We beat Henty at Henty earlier in the season which gives us a bit of confidence heading into the clash.
"Both sides will have a few different players and no doubt it will be a tight contest with the stakes so high."
