
A Wodonga man was found carrying "ice" and drug paraphernalia after police saw his hands were shaking.
Ashley Peter Pernarowski was a passenger in a car pulled over on the Sturt Highway near Narrandera on May 8, 2020.
Police also noticed he had "numerous" sores on his face consistent with long-term methamphetamine use, Albury Local Court has heard.

Pernarowski, now 24, had 4.08 grams of the drug in one of many plastic, resealable bags in his pocket.
Defence lawyer Mitchell Irwin said Pernarowski was in "a much better place" than 2020, thanks to family support.
He had failed to appear in court several times because of COVID-19 border restrictions, he said.
