Ben Hollands was an O and M superstar and 2004 Wodonga premiership player, while Ollie's older brother Elijah was drafted to the Gold Coast Suns last December.
"He's a very similar mover to his dad, very clever and elusive, he's strong through his core and he'll find himself stepping out of situations where other players get caught," assistant coach Steve Murray suggested.
"He has time and space as the Hollands' boys do."
The teenager will play through a wing rotation and, potentially, small forward role.
Hollands will be joined by fellow newcomer Gus Jones.
"He's an exciting half-forward, he's actually quite a big body for a thirds player, he'll be a good hit-up half-forward type," Murray revealed.
