Hockey Albury-Wodonga's finals format will hinge on the length of the NSW lockdown.
But that took a hit when the state moved to stay at home orders last Saturday.
Club presidents and secretaries met on Tuesday night to discuss various scenarios based around when the NSW lockdown may be lifted.

"We sent the scenarios out to the clubs and asked which scenario they would want to work with. Best case is we play this Sunday, have a couple of mid-week games and start finals when we should," HAW operations manager Cayte Campbell said.
"The choices are around what we do if we have two weeks of lockdown and what finals format we go with.
"One of the options was to stop altogether, but from the early indications, that won't be the choice (of the clubs)."
Clubs have been asked to respond by Friday.
