The pair cross to the kennel after emerging through the juniors at Albury Sportsground and playing predominantly in the reserves for the past few seasons.
Both have also made a handful of senior appearances for the O&M powerhouse.
Bulldogs coach Andrew Wilson said both Rowe and Dight would add further depth to the midfield rotations and provide flexibility.
Ashlely Middleton has also signed a coach of the reserves.
"Ryan Speed, Sam Crawshaw and Daniel Middleton played with Alex and Lachie at Albury which was a key factor behind them signing at Jindera," Wilson said.
"They are all in their mid 20s now and we have been trying to get them out to Jindera for a couple of seasons now and it has all fallen into place this time.
"Lachie will rotate through the middle and up forward while Alex is the same but will also play down back.
"We identified that we needed to bolster our midfield depth to take that next step.
"It just gives you a lot more flexibility and helps lighten the workload on the guys that are already playing in the midfield.
"So it's pleasing to get a couple of handy signatures so early in the off-season."

After the COVID lay-off, Jindera were the worst hit by injury at the start of the season.
The Bulldogs started the season 1-7 before showing a glimpse of their true potential and finishing eighth with a 6-10 record.
"We had a lot of injuries that were long term and quite a few guys just had to write-off the season," Wilson said.
"So we were never at full-strength during any stage of the season.
"We got a few players back mid-season and didn't have to make a lot of changes each week and it's no coincidence that was when we were a lot more consistent."
Wilson said the Bulldogs were hopefully on the verge of announcing at least two more recruits.
The 38-year-old has committed to coaching again for a fourth season after replacing Kerry Bahr at the end of 2018.
