A major Border employer has been found to be responsible for the depression and anxiety suffered by one of its workers.

Ron Finemore Transport was recently taken to a tribunal by Boldizsar Boglari after his bid for compensation was knocked back.
Mr Boglari said he suffered a psychological injury during his work as a result of the driving he had to undertake.
He started working for the company as a casual linehaul driver from April 2, 2018, and took up a full time position requiring interstate travel on October 1 of that year.
A doctor in December of that year found he had an adjustment disorder of depression, major depression and anxiety.
Mr Boglari said he was unable to continue working for the transport company from December 12, 2018.
A clinical psychologist made two reports the following year noting he had severe depression.
Mr Boglari raised concerns about deliveries being made from Mars in Wodonga to the company's Barnawartha depot on the way back from Canberra trips.
He said drivers were reluctant to do the run as they had to carry tie down straps in the truck's sleeping area, which he said posed a risk in a crash and prevented sleep.

He also raised concern about a trip from the Woolworths depot at Barnawartha on September 19, 2018.
He signed out a prime mover before heading to Wodonga at 7am to pick up a trailer to transport chickens to Sydney.
Mr Boglari said he arrived at Yass at 6.30pm after only 90 minutes of rest.
He had a further 15 minute break and continued to Marrickville, and raised concerns at his depot that he wouldn't arrive until 10.30pm.
He said as a result of unloading rules, he ended up working for 22 hours with only a one-hour and-45-minute break.
Mr Boglari said he was unable to put the legal hours in his book, which caused him anxiety to the point he could no longer work.
The truck driver raised concerns about jobs from October to December 2018 and broke down after being given a job on December 12.
The business strongly denied it had ever encouraged or instructed its employees to breach fatigue management and other safety rules.
General manager Scott Finemore gave evidence about the company's high safety standards.
Boglari is entitled to compensation and the company must pay his costs and disbursements.
