The Wellsford Street site was targeted between Sunday and Tuesday by unknown offenders.
A blue air compressor and other items were taken from the cricket clubrooms, and camping equipment was taken from a storage shed.
Police are asking anyone who witnesses suspicious activity in the area to contact Wodonga detectives on (02) 6049 2600 or Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
