Albury's Rehabco are celebrating a major milestone with the business celebrating its 20 year anniversary.

While the business has been operating for almost 25 years, the Albury branch was established by a local Occupational Therapist Olivia Millgate 20 years ago. The multi-disciplinary health practice is also recognising the contribution of Occupational Therapist Olivia Millgate who celebrates her own 20 year anniversary with the organisation.

Branch Manager Scott Richter said it was exciting to be able to acknowledge both achievements. "We have several long term employees but Olivia definitely tops the list. She started off with the business in 2001 and has gone on to achieve many great things within the local business and the broader industry."

RehabCo were first established in Wagga Wagga by Shaun Lane in 1996, he still owns and operates the business today. Primarily offering workplace health and injury management services, the organisation's folio now also includes Kidskills Occupational Therapy, which offers occupational therapy services for children and teens, along with Thrive Psychology which provides comprehensive assistance for a wide range of illnesses and disorders.

Kidskills Occupational Therapy is the newest venture for the organisation, with the local Albury team expanding it's services over the past 12 months to deliver a comprehensive range of paediatric services. In addition to paediatric Occupational Therapy, the Albury team also includes a Paediatric Speech Pathologist and Psychologists.

Olivia Millgate, who is now in a Senior Executive role in the organisation says "its wonderful to sit back and see the growth in the service delivery streams we can now offer to clients and participants across the lifespan in the disability, compensable and workplace health markets".

From humble origins, the business has expanded to provide a suite of comprehensive health and wellbeing services, across workplace health, NDIS, psychology, Paediatrics and consultation services. While the business has expanded, at it's core remains a strong focus on workplace health and supporting injured workers.
