Only the drivers' toilets and showers, which are not open to the general public, are the site of potential exposure from 8.30pm on the 28th of September, to 6.15am the following morning.
The AWH Local Public Health Unit said contact tracing was continuing.
"As the positive case is not from this local area, any further exposure sites would be identified by the PHU which is managing the case," a spokesperson said.
Exposure sites remain listed for Wodonga and Wangaratta, however sites relating to an initial Wangaratta case that presented at the city's ED have been removed following the 14-day period.
All personal close contacts who visited the North East Health Wangaratta facilities have undertaken day 13 tests and will require notification from the Department of Health before they can leave isolation.
Wodonga showgrounds is opening as a third AWH testing clinic today and tomorrow to cater for day 13 testing for Wodonga exposures.

The case was tested outside of the Murrumbidgee Local Health District and chief executive Jill Ludford was awaiting details.
