Stephen Gavin Finlay and Andrew David Landale's matters were mentioned before Holbrook Local Court on Thursday.
Sales worth about $30,000 were allegedly made.
Police raided a rural property in Holbrook on May 4 and seized 14 guns and a large amount of ammunition.
It's alleged the items hadn't been stored safely.
Documents and other items concerning alleged cattle thefts and fraud were seized.
Finlay is facing 52 charges including 10 charges of cattle theft and multiple counts of obtaining financial advantage by deception.
Landale faces 29 similar charges, including six counts of cattle theft and counts of obtaining financial advantage by deception.

Both face firearms storage offences.
They have both entered not guilty pleas to all of the charges.
The pair will return to the Holbrook court on December 8 for further mention.
