
A dispute over a packet of cigarettes ended with an irate Albury customer slapping the face of supermarket worker.
Bradley Collins went to a counter at Coles in West End Plaza on September 11 about 2.40pm, Albury Local Court has heard.
Collins, 38 wanted to buy a packet of Shuang Xi cigarettes for $27.50.

He used his debit card to pay $13 and pulled out loose change for the balance.
But the worker claimed he was short by 60 cents.
Collins and the man then struggled between themselves to grab the packet. Collins slapped the man, who wasn't injured.
Soon after, Collins, who told magistrate Richard Funston he was upset the cigarettes had been crushed, was allowed to leave with the packet after settling the sale.
Collins was placed on a 12-month community corrections order.
