The three new Wodonga cases are believed to be linked to those in Albury.
All are isolating and contact tracing is currently underway to determine acquisition.
The two cases in the Corryong area are both from the same household.
These cases were acquired after coming into contact with a positive case from outside the region.
Both Corryong cases are isolating and being supported by health authorities.
All cases are under Public Health Orders to isolate for 14 days.
The Albury Wodonga Local Public Health Unit is managing 16 active cases across North East Victoria.
