
Victoria has recorded 1903 new cases of COVID and seven deaths.
It comes as Melbourne prepares to leave lockdown at midnight on Thursday.

Yesterday the Victorian government announced restrictions would ease after the state hit 70 per cent vaccination.
Notably, restaurants and cafes will be allowed 30 vaccinated patrons indoors and 10 visitors will be allowed in the home per day.
Restrictions have also eased today in NSW, after the state hit 80 per cent vaccinated over the weekend.
