Tier-two sites are no longer being listed, with businesses encouraged to announce their tier-two status, and an Albury Wodonga Health spokeswoman said investigations into exposure sites for all cases were continuing.
"If any are found to be Tier 1 sites due to the higher risk they pose to the public, they will be published on the Department of Health website," she said.
"There are a variety of different acquisition sources for the various cases.
"Some are linked to the Albury cases, while others have been acquired from elsewhere in Victoria and NSW."
Murrumbidgee Local Health District Jill Ludford said health bodies were working together to undertake mass testing.
"We did over 11,000 tests, right across our region last week, just in one week," she said.
"And that was a 5.8 per cent increase in testing from the previous week, we work really closely with a number of pathology providers who help us to ramp up and and down our testing capability.
"We've had great buy-in from a range of partners and of course Albury Wodonga Health are working alongside us."
The Albury Wodonga Local Public Health Unit is now managing 26 active cases: seven in Wangaratta (one new yesterday), two in Alpine, four in Towong (one new), one in Indigo, and 12 in Wodonga (four new).

A person who presented to Yarrawonga Health for testing has been diagnosed with COVID-19.
The health service said the person was infectious while in the community and acquired the case in the 'local region', and urged community members to be tested.
