COVID-19 cases in Albury-Wodonga and wider region have continued to climb in the past 24 hours with 14 cases recorded in Wodonga after the virus infiltrated multiple schools.

There were 23 new COVID-19 cases reported in the Albury-Wodonga Local Public Health Unit catchment within the past 24 hours including the 14 in Wodonga, six in Wangaratta and three in Towong.
It brings the total number of active cases south of the border to 44 with the bulk of the Wodonga cases linked to "social settings in Albury".
Murrumbidgee Local Health District confirmed seven new cases in Albury in the last 24 hours among 10 new cases in southern NSW.
The others are single cases in Greater Hume, Federation and Edward River.
Of the seven new cases in Albury, four are mystery cases and three linked to previously known cases.
The new cases in Federation and Edward River are also under investigation.
Testing clinics on Tuesday are:
- Lavington Sports Ground, 1 Hannah Street, midday to 5pm today
- Lavington Hall 9am to 5pm
- Albury Showgrounds 8am to 1pm
- Jindera Recreation Reserve 10am to 2pm
- Wodonga hospital - 79 Vermont Street 8am to 4pm - at capacity
- Wodonga walk-in clinic corner of Smythe and Stanley 8am to 3.30pm (closed for 30 mins at noon) - at capacity
