Murrumbidgee Local Health District have revealed 17 new cases were recorded in the southern Riverin in the 24 hours to 8pm.

In Albury, 14 new cases were recorded.
Of the new Albury cases only four have been linked to known cases, the other 10 are under investigation.
In Greater Hume, two new cases have been recorded. One is a household contact of a previous case and one is under investigation.
There was one case recorded in Federation shire which is under investigation.
IN OTHER NEWS:
There has been a total of 132 cases and two deaths recorded in the MLHD since the start of the current outbreak.
These include 72 in Albury LGA, 25 in Hilltops LGA, 12 in Edward River LGA, 11 in the Greater Hume LGA, four in Murray River LGA, three in Federation LGA two in Wagga Wagga LGA, two in Berrigan LGA and one in Griffith LGA.
MLHD urges residents in Albury, Edward River, Greater Hume and Federation LGA's to limit their movements in and out of the community at this time and widespread COVID-19 testing is critical.
