Principal Tony Clark said the school would be closed to allow for contact tracing and cleaning on Friday.
Once the review is complete the school will let parents know if they or their child has been identified as a possible primary close contact.
Staff and students who attended the Clarke Street campus on October 14 or 15 have been asked to avoid public places and only leave home for essential activities until they heard from the school or department of health.

If parents are not contacted on Friday, their children can return to campus on Monday.
The college is the sixteenth school affected by the current outbreak.
Zeus Coffee Co in Benalla has also closed its doors after a staff member tested positive to COVID.
The business said the staff member was fully vaccinated and has not worked for a week.
However out of an abundance of caution the coffee shop is closing its doors while it awaits department of health advice.
