Tactical officers attended the Southern View Drive home in West Albury about 9.30am on Friday
Police armed with assault rifles and shotguns created a perimeter around the home as a safety precaution and urged the three occupants to come out.
A megaphone was used during the incident.
A 29-year-old man surrendered a short time after police arrived, and an 18-year-old man and a woman later walked out of the home.
Detective Chief Inspector Mick Stoltenberg said drugs believed to be ice and cocaine were recovered, along with the two firearms.
The older man will be charged, police are investigating if the 18-year-old will be charged, and the woman was hospitalised due to concerns about her state.

"We've been working on targeting drug crime, targeting gun crime and making our communities a safer place," the detective said.
"95 per cent of the population has had a gutful of the way some of these so-called gangsters want to live their lives.
"We want to get rid of these high-risk offenders to our community.
"They think they can dabble in drugs, deal in drugs.
"For some reason, they think it's sexy to arm themselves with a firearm.
"It's not, we don't need that in our area."
The older man will likely face court on Saturday.
Nearby residents were shocked by the heavy police presence, which Detective Stoltenberg said was for everyone's safety.
