That's what newly appointed Wangaratta A-grade co-coaches Chaye Crimmins and Hannah Grady are aiming for next season.
The duo have taken over the role from back-to-back premiership coach Kellie Keen, who has returned to the Goulburn Valley League to coach her home club Benalla.
Crimmins and Grady both played in the Pies' consecutive flags in 2018 and 2019 and will both be playing coaches.
"Hopefully we can keep things very similar to what we've had for the last five years with Kellie," Crimmins said.
"Hannah and I just really want to continue that and not make it a drastic change, but keep it to what we know.
"If we can keep our game day pretty much the same and continue to have everyone's input, I think that's what makes our team great.
"It's not just one person's opinion, it's the whole team working together to prove ourselves quarter by quarter and week by week.
"With the team that we have, we won't have to give the girls much direction."
The 25-year-olds have previously coached the club's under-16s together in 2019, while Crimmins led B-grade this season.
The pair played majority of their junior netball together alongside midcourt player Issy Byrne, and have remained consistent senior teammates.

Grady believes her and Crimmins will compliment each other well as co-coaches.
"I'm really looking forward to it," she said.
"Chaye and I have previously coached the under-16s together and I love having her there with me to bounce ideas off.
"I guess senior coaching was always a possibility in the back of my mind, but I didn't think I would be doing it so soon."
Crimmins is hoping it will be a seamless transition.
"It makes it a bit easier when you've played a lot together and you know how each other thinks," she said.
Wangaratta is now on the hunt for a new addition to goal attack following the departure of Keen.
"We didn't just lose a coach, we also lost one of our main players," Crimmins said.
The club has also announced the appointments of Tracey Matheson as B-grade coach, Nellie Purches to steer C-grade and Rachelle Petts at the helm of the under-17s.
Wangaratta is set to hold skill sessions over the coming weeks, with their netball trials to run from November 23 to December 2.
