Rhys Ritchie, Tom Baker and club president Chris Hartshorn are taking charge of the Miners, with personal and work commitments prompting Stewart to step aside after a year in the role.
"I don't think words can describe how fantastic 'Bowser' has been," Hartshorn said.
"He helped me and the committee, dragging us out of basically folding to being a viable club now.

"It was either get some more help or we fold. 'Bowser' helped us in an enormous way and I can't thank him enough."
The new coaching trio are now preparing for Victoria to hit 80 percent double vaccination, after which CAW's district competition can start.
"We'll all have different inputs and each one of us complements the other," Hartshorn said.
"We just can't wait for it to start."
